In a celebration that blended education, social justice, and the spirit of humanity, Dr. Dhiraj Kumar Bharti was honoured with the “Ideal Teacher Award” during the fourth State-Level “Dhamma and Constitution” Award Ceremony held at Dr. Ambedkar College of Law.

The event was inaugurated by Shri Atmaram Dhabe, Deputy Commissioner of the Scheduled Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Pune, while the programme was presided over by Smt. Meghna Shinde Nitanware, Under Secretary, Minority Development Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai. Smt. Chetana Kubde attended as the special guest.

Delivering the introductory address, chief organiser Dr. Sangharsh Sawale underlined the importance of initiatives centred around “Dhamma and Constitution”, saying such platforms strengthen the values of equality, fraternity, and humanity in society.
Chief Guest Shri Atmaram Dhabe, while addressing the gathering during the Buddha Jayanti Festival 2026 organised by Sahityadhara Multipurpose Charitable Institution, Bhavana Society, and Vishwas Foundation, stated that the Indian Constitution carries the essence of Buddhist philosophy through its principles of liberty, equality, justice, and fraternity.
